Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on location. Standard delivery may take 7–21 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery destination and shipping method. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
A tracking number will be provided (where available) once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the courier.
European People is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Claims for missing parcels must be made directly with the courier where applicable.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from customs, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
