  3. Your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us at contact@europeanpeople.co within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

 

3. Wrong Item Received

If we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 14 days. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost.

 

4. Returns (Change of Mind)

As our products are print-on-demand items made specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

 

5. EU Consumer Rights

Customers in the European Union have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive. If you believe your rights have not been met, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
